Image policy — credits and usage on LadeGuide

In short

LadeGuide uses original graphics (logo, icon, open-graph image, EU-AI labels) and selected press photos. All third-party images — currently a single press photo — carry a clearly named source attribution in their immediate context, linking to the original manufacturer or press office. Reuse without attribution is not permitted; see Contact at the end of this page.

1. Original graphics

The LadeGuide logo, the icon (favicon / OG / future PWA), the open-graph image, and the EU-AI badges “AI-generated content” and “AI-edited content” are owned by Matzner GmbH and used exclusively for LadeGuide. Third-party use is not permitted without written authorization. The copyright notice in the footer of every page (“© 2026 Matzner GmbH · All trademarks are the property of their respective owners”) applies here.

2. Third-party images and press photos

LadeGuide uses third-party images and press photos only on the basis of an authorized use, typically manufacturer press photos for current topics (vehicles, news from the charging infrastructure). Each use of a third-party image satisfies three conditions:

  1. Clear source attribution next to the image — in the <figcaption> of each <figure>, linking to the manufacturer or press office.
  2. Purpose-bound: the image is used in the context of the LadeGuide article for which it was released. Repurposing (e.g., on a third party’s own pages) requires the copyright holder’s authorization.
  3. Editorial timeliness: third-party images are used only in news articles. Once an article is no longer current, the image is either retired or replaced.

4. Legal notice

LadeGuide assumes no liability toward the owners of brands, vehicle models, or press images as to the accuracy or current legal status. For legal questions about individual images or their use, the Matzner GmbH imprint (reached in the footer of each page) is the point of contact.
